Using Trendiosity

Trendiosity provides software for trend discovery, creator intelligence, content planning, analytics, community features, and optional publishing workflows. You are responsible for how you use recommendations and for complying with platform rules, intellectual-property rights, advertising rules, and applicable law.

Third-party services

Features that connect to services such as YouTube depend on those providers' APIs, availability, permissions, policies, and account eligibility. You authorize Trendiosity to access only the data and capabilities covered by the permissions you grant.

Content and publishing

You retain responsibility for content you upload, generate, schedule, or publish. Trendiosity may provide rights and safety warnings, but those warnings are not legal advice or a guarantee that content is cleared for use.

Analytics and recommendations

Trend scores, revenue estimates, audience-fit scores, forecasts, and creator recommendations are decision-support outputs and are not guarantees of traffic, earnings, sponsorships, sales, or other outcomes.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining control of your login credentials and connected accounts and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Trendiosity may apply rate limits, abuse controls, or temporary restrictions to protect users and service availability.

Community conduct

Community and room features may not be used for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, malicious links, spam, manipulation, or infringement of others' rights. Trendiosity may moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts when needed to protect users or comply with applicable obligations.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid features, if activated, will display the applicable price and billing interval before purchase. Subscription management, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund terms will be presented through the billing experience before live charging is enabled.

Changes and availability

Features may evolve as the product is developed. Third-party API changes or outages may temporarily limit connected features.
