Privacy Policy

Overview

Trendiosity provides trend intelligence, creator analytics, content planning, publishing support, and performance-learning features. This policy explains how information is handled when you use Trendiosity and when you choose to connect a third-party creator account such as YouTube.

Information we process

We may process account and workspace information you provide to Trendiosity, product preferences, activity needed to operate the service, and data returned by third-party services that you explicitly authorize. When you connect YouTube, Trendiosity may receive channel identity, video metadata, and authorized analytics metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, watch time, subscriber changes, and—only if separately authorized—revenue metrics.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the features you request, including connecting your YouTube channel, importing verified analytics, improving creator-specific recommendations, and supporting authorized publishing when you explicitly enable that capability. Trendiosity does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

OAuth credentials and security

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form. They are not exposed to the browser. Trendiosity requests the minimum Google permissions needed for the feature you select and supports disconnecting a connected account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate Trendiosity, such as hosting and database providers, subject to their applicable security and privacy terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Connected-account credentials are removed from Trendiosity when you disconnect that account. Users can permanently delete a sole-owned Trendiosity account and its workspace data from Creator Settings. Shared workspaces or active paid subscriptions must be resolved first so deletion does not destroy another member's data or bypass billing obligations. See the Data deletion page for instructions.

Your choices

You control whether to connect third-party accounts and which optional permissions to grant. You can disconnect a social account from Trendiosity settings and can also revoke Trendiosity access from your Google Account permissions.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as Trendiosity adds or changes features. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
